Terms and Conditions of sale

Dear Customer,

We hope you don’t have to refer to our terms and conditions as we hope you are delighted with each and every purchase, but just in case, please find below a comprehensive guide to explain our terms and conditions. If you have any other queries however, please do not hesitate to contact us for a chat.

In all circumstances, we are happy to hear from you should things go wrong to try our utmost to fix the problem as soon as we can.

Description and specifications
While we really try to make sure that our photos and descriptions match our lovely products, slight variations may occur.

Delivery times
Subject to stock availability, we aim to send your goodies out within 24 hours of your order being placed. If the product is in stock please allow 2-3 days for delivery (as we are reliant on Royal Mail). As we all need a bit of time off for good behaviour we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. For postage to other countries, please contact us for estimated delivery times. If your selected item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as we can to let you know and when to expect the item.

Shipping and carriage
Within the UK all orders over the value of £70 will be shipped by standard delivery free of charge. Standard delivery within the UK on orders up to the value of £70 will be shipped for £3.95. The cost of standard delivery to Ireland is £10. We also offer a next day delivery service within the UK for £8.50, but please note this will require a signature on delivery. Orders must be placed by 3pm and subject to stock availability we will dispatch your goods within 24 hours of your order being placed. While we can ship outside the UK and Ireland, these costs will need to be calculated per order. So please contact us to discuss your options.

Returns and Refunds
Our whole ethos is to send you beautiful toys, lovingly wrapped whilst providing a pleasurable, happy shopping experience and we hope you'll be delighted. However, we do also believe that you can change your mind. Please just return the product within 7 days with a little note giving the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition (including the packaging). Please do keep hold of the certificate of posting however as we will be unable to refund should the product not arrive safely back at the Toy Box.

If the product has not been returned in a fully re saleable condition then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and/or deduct 10% of the original price (and the costs of sending them to the toy hospital).

Damage and loss in transit
Unfortunately sometimes things do get lost or damaged in the post. If this happens with your order, please tell us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement. If your item is faulty we will reimburse you the cost of the item and postage in full. We never knowingly ship damaged products so we will need your help to recover costs from the carrier when this happens.

If your goods are damaged, please keep all the documentation so we can contact the carrier directly. If the parcel itself is damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt, even before you open the package. If you are unable to open the damaged package in front of the carrier, please sign for it as 'damaged package/goods not yet inspected'.

In any circumstances, please do contact us as soon after the delivery as possible to give us as much detail of the damage as you can so that we can send a replacement and follow up with the carrier directly.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months and the voucher must be used by the date shown. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for stolen or lost gift vouchers, so please do make sure the address you enter is the correct one and that the recipient has received them safely.

All prices on the website are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT. If an incorrect price has been mistakenly entered into the product description then we are not under any obligation to sell at this price (no Elf is perfect). If you see a price that you believe to be incorrect, please do contact us to confirm the correct price for the item. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will of course immediately issue a credit to your card for the amount paid.

Payment and retention of title
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and until payment is received all title and ownership is retained by Woo&Blue Ltd.

As part of our service we undertake to carry out all reasonable precautions to keep any information supplied to us by you strictly confidential - we understand how precious it is. We do not supply mailing information to any third parties but, unless you expressly instruct us otherwise in writing, we will use it to advise you of any goods or services we think may be of interest to you. Any information supplied to us will be stored on a computer system for convenience but will not be supplied to anyone outside of Woo&Blue Ltd.


Copyright in the design, text, graphics and photographs contained in the website and anywhere else is held by Woo&Blue Ltd. Unless otherwise specified all materials appearing on the website, including the text, website design, logos, graphics, icons and images are the property of Woo&Blue Ltd. You may use the content of this website only for the purpose of shopping or placing an order and for no other purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability as to products sold
All of our products are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the manufacturers warranty from date of purchase. The exclusive maximum liability will be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Woo&Blue Ltd, its Directors or employees be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
Any and all transactions undertaken are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of any such transaction shall be subject to the English Legal process under the jurisdiction of the English Courts. However, in the unlikely event of any disagreement between Woo&Blue Ltd and its clients, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time period, then the Institute of Directors (UK) may be asked by either party to appoint a mediator to settle the dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of the mediator and mediation process.

Legal Statement
Woo&Blue's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Woo&Blue to the customer. Privacy Policy:
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
